Notes

  1. The $200 figure may allow for quality cabling throughout the church, allowing live viewing, monitoring from the pulpit and playback from the rear of the church. (I need to verify all of this.) It may also allows for computer cabling and possibly some miscelaneous costs.
  2. Since Spectrum is no longer involved, does AMC charge the same consultancy fee or are they cheaper (or nil)?
  3. Miscelaneous Items that may incur extra cost:
    1. materials for dish mount
    2. materials for projector celing mount.
    3. Council fees (if applicable)
    4. Cupboard or shelf for equipment
    5. Electrical work for installing extra power outlets (if needed - for equipment and projector, depends on location)
    6. Supplies
      1. Blank videos to record onto
      2. Batteries for remote controls.
      3. Fund for new lamps
    7. Building improvements
      1. Making interior look better
      2. Adding exit light
      3. Maybe changing the enterance so it is more accessible (for people with mobility difficulties).
      4. Security improvements (eg better doors and locks)
